Allen, Champion, and Shaw played a critical part in supporting our key client’s expansion into the UK Oil and Gas Sector. Our client is a 100-year-old family-owned Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance Specialist within the Oil and Gas industry, headquartered in Europe. Due to a multiple contract award, our client needed to build a UK-based Leadership team, which included the Business Services Manager. The role required a candidate with extensive experience with Business Services Management, responsible for (but not limited to) Commercial Teams, HR Teams, Client interface, and Contract Management Teams.
The shortlist of 5 candidates was presented after a search period of 14 days. The interviews were held over a 2-week period, 1st stage on week 1 followed by 2nd stage on week 2. Overall, including the notice period, the search took 18 weeks from acceptance of assignment to candidate start.
