Our client worked in a niche part of the energy sector, primarily within Rig Survey and Asset integrity Inspection and Repair. The location they required the person to be based became the challenge as this was full-time from the office with no WFH or flexibility during Covid. After an intense competitor mapping process was complete, two stand-out candidates were identified and taken to the final stage, where one individual was successfully appointed.
