Allen Champion and Shaw, were tasked with a senior search for a Chemical business that trades on the NASDAQ with operations in over 25 countries for a newly created role, Global Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Chain. This was a niche search as the customer required someone from their field of expertise with truly international purchasing and supply chain knowledge. In addition, the individual needed to build a supply chain model to navigate and mitigate risk in a world where supply chains have never been so tested due to travel restrictions and political sanctions. This search was completed in 7 weeks successfully.
